Role & Responsibilities
The McAfee Security Technical Manager will provide McAfee product related support to W. Capra’s Security Professional Services team members, who work both remotely and on-site with customers. Based out of W. Capra Consulting Group’s office in downtown Chicago, IL, the McAfee Security Technical Manager will also interface on a daily basis with W. Capra leadership, clients, and client partners, providing McAfee product expertise. This highly visible leadership role will also implement, support, and enhance our Security Professional Services training and certification program, serving new hires, existing employees, and interns. The McAfee Security Technical Manager will also provide pre-sales support to the Security Professional Services group when needed. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. As a team leader, the McAfee Security Technical Manager will further support the culture of our Security Professional Services team which fosters individual growth and places value in its team members. Candidates for the McAfee Security Technical Manager should be familiar with setting endpoint policies, HIPS, firewall, VSE and DLP. Additionally, experience with the MOVE agent for servers and experience and/or knowledge of the TIE and ATD infrastructure would be highly valued.
